So you are interested in buying into the BRATITM chain of Bratwurst stalls:
Here is what we do for you: We will supply all of the hardware incl. German built swing barbeque, branded stall/tent, branded staff uniforms, on site cooling facility for Bratwurst stock, generator to supply electricity for cooling and lighting, all necessary tools etc. We will organise the delivery of Bratwurst directly to you from Germany We will give you a recipe and help you organise delivery of crusty German bread rolls from a local bakery. We will organise delivery of an open log fire barbeque We will advise you how to register a catering business We will advise you how to meet food hygiene regulations We will supply you with all consumables from our BRATITM shop so that you only deal with one supplier We will supply all marketing materials branded with BRATITM to help you acquire sites to trade from. We will design and upload a micro website helping you to promote your business We run a group on Facebook (Bratwurst UK) via which you can promote your business and where and when you are operating We will guarantee (if required—extra cost) a exclusive geographical area for your business (registered with Patent Office)
And this is what we expect you to do:
You buy into BRATITM (sign a confidentiality agreement, use BRATI as your main supplier) You undergo training provided by us. You ensure that your BratiTM business complies with all relevant regulations and our contractual agreement. You have transport for all the hardware (a family car, preferably hatchback/estate is sufficient). You provide home cooling facilities (refrigerator of minimum 200 litres capacity) to store stock.
